The profiles highlight the number of children with autism who have received special education services, insurance coverage for autism if available, Medicaid services specific for individuals with autism, educational programs provided to students with autism, and more. |

Responding to the Needs of Wounded Servicemembers and Veterans
Easter Seals' Military and Veterans Initiative was formed to help meet the growing physical and mental health needs of members of the armed forces. Partnering with the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, Easter Seals is providing services, information and support for servicemembers and veterans with disabilities and their families. |

Project ACTION: Celebrating 20 years of Improving Access to Transportation
Easter Seals Project ACTION is a cooperative agreement with the US Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration that promotes cooperation between the disability community and the transportation industry to increase mobility for people with disabilities. Founded 20 years ago, Project ACTION offers resources, training and technical assistance in order to make the Americans with Disabilities Act work for everyone -- everyday. |
